Refund policy

1. Unpaid orders

You may cancel unpaid orders at any time. They are cancelled automatically when the hold time expires.

2. Refunds

Unused tickets may be refunded if requested before the visit date, subject to each attraction's policy. Used tickets are non-refundable.

3. Force majeure

If an attraction closes due to weather, natural disasters or authority orders, you may change the date or get a full refund.

4. How to request

Contact ... or ... with your order code (VE...) and bank account. Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
